J.D. "Randy" Dalbey graduated from the University of Georgia Law School, cum laude, in 1988, whereupon he served a clerkship under the Honorable Dudley H. Bowen, Jr., Southern District of Georgia, before joining the firm in 1990.
Since joining the firm Randy has represented clients in many different types of complex litigation, including antitrust, RICO, products liability and other complex commercial and personal injury matters, from initial investigation through jury trials and appeals. Randy has also handled a variety of administrative matters before state agencies. Randy specializes in business and commercial litigation and has co-authored articles on the use of the Fifth Amendment privilege in civil litigation (Georgia State Bar General Practice and Trial Section, "Calendar Call," volume 9, No. 4), and citizen qui tam lawsuits under the False Claims Act (Journal of Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, "The Verdict," volume 16, No. 6).
