Todd graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in 2004 with degrees in Political Science and Psychology.  He then attended the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2007.  

While in law school, Todd participated in the UGA Moot Court.  He served as the Oralist for the 2006-2007 King's Inn Competition Team, and as the Brief Editor and Coach (2006-2007) and the Oralist (2005-2006) for the Jessup Moot Court Competition Team.  Todd was also the Notes Editor (2006-2007) and an Editorial Board Member (2005-2006) on the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.

In July of 2005, Todd attended the 33rd Annual Brussels Seminar at the Universite' Libre de Bruxelles in Brussels , Belgium , and received a Certificate of European Union Law Studies.  

Todd joined the firm in October of 2007.
