Will received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2006. He graduated from Duke University in 2003 with degrees in Economics and History.
Before joining the firm in November 2008, Will clerked for the Honorable Orinda D. Evans, United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, and was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in the Orlando office of Holland & Knight LLP.
While in law school, Will served on the Moot Court Executive Board, was an Honor Advocate for the University, and served as a judicial intern to both the Honorable John Antoon II, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and the Honorable Ross W. Krumm, United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Virginia.
Will is a member of both the Georgia and Florida Bars.
