Tom will be a panelist on "The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: Defending the FCPA Case." Brian will be the moderator for the panel called "Individuals in the Crosshairs: Representing Directors, Officers and Employees."
Thomas D. Bever is a panelist at the Health Care Fraud Institute on December 15, 2011 at the State Bar headquarters. The panel title is “The Stakes are Raised: Enforcement Actions Against Individuals.” This panel will look at the growing effort to prosecute individuals in addition to entities. The panel will discuss The Responsible Corporate Officer or Park Doctrine.
